Microstructured Components for RF Systems Excercises

Inhalt:

- Overview over three-dimensional structured RF components including microelectromechanical systems (RF MEMS), mechanical resonators, acoustic devices and metamaterials
- technology (Silicon micromaching, LTCC...),
- functionality (electrical, mechanical, acoustic principles),
- applications (phase shifter, filters, antennas, systems....)
- packaging (wafer level, packages, connections...)
- calculation of electromagnetic and multiphysical properties
- basics in design and mask layout.
